Chiang Rai United hit top gear late on as they rallied from a two-goal deficit to edge Navy 3-2 in an entertaining Thai League 1 encounter last night. Navy were staring at their third win of the season with less than 15 minutes to go before the final whistle when Chiang Rai turned the tide. This was, however, before Everton Gonzalez pulled one back for Chiang Rai, who then started attacking with renewed vigour. Rafael Coelho produced a quickfire double a few minutes before time for hosts Chiang Rai sending the crowd at United Stadium wild and giving the northern club their fifth win.
